Delete your DoctorMi account

You can request deletion of your account and associated data directly in DoctorMi or by email.

In the app

1. Sign in to DoctorMi.
2. Open Settings and tap Delete account.
3. Read the warning, type DELETE and confirm.

Healthcare professionals who still have linked patients must unlink them first. Account deletion is irreversible.

If you cannot access the app

Email info@onmedic.com from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete your DoctorMi account. We may request the minimum information needed to verify ownership.

Data that is deleted

We delete or anonymise your profile and contact details, account and device identifiers, notification tokens, consultations, messages, attachments and usage data that is not subject to a legal retention requirement.

Data that may be retained

Clinical records may be retained for at least five years after the relevant care episode is closed, or longer where applicable healthcare law requires it. Billing, transaction and security records are retained only for applicable statutory, tax or limitation periods. Retained data is restricted and is not used for advertising.
